Bought this product for my family's severe athlete’s foot and the effect has been impressive! The doctor recommended B miscellaneous food, so I purchased it. After using it for some time, the condition improved significantly, and I only need to continue with the B miscellaneous now.

My real experience!! After a strict diet and taking laxatives for an extended period, I developed constant diarrhoea, but I ignored it. Soon, I felt exhausted and unable to walk normally. Gradually, I improved, but my feet still felt numb with no sensation. The doctor suggested seeing a neurologist. Upon ordering this product and taking one pill daily, I noticed a remarkable improvement in my feet during the second week. Thank God! I advise drinking plenty of water, as not doing so may lead to yellow urine. I hope my experience helps you.

Great product! I use it for foot inflammation, and within a week, along with omega 3 and curcumin for inflammation, I also applied perilla oil on my leg that contains vitamin B.

I learned we need around 100% of the RDA for B-Complex, and this product is perfect for that. It's reasonably priced, has the usual B-Complex smell, and does its job well. However, the capsule size is rather large. It has effectively stopped the tingling in my feet and provided good energy.

This wonderful complex has worked excellently for me. Although I’ve taken it before, this time I experienced such good results; I rest and recover better and feel like the sensitivity of my hands and feet has enhanced, eradicating past numbness. It's particularly beneficial for diabetics with neuropathy.
